SCHEDULE
With over three decades of combined experience, we know that transformation lives at the intersection of intentionality and attunement. We will set a powerful container, guide the group in a set of core potent practices and meet what’s alive, raw, and real in each moment.
Each day will unfold in response to what is alive in the group — calling you beyond comfort, beyond habit, into uncharted territory where deeper, truer leadership is forged.
Day 1: Arrival & Foundation
Check-in, opening ceremony, and foundational embodiment practices. Begin building brotherhood connections.
Day 2: Deep Dive
Morning: Intensive physical and energetic practices to connect to your power, heart and each other.
Afternoon: Embodied leadership exercises and breakthrough work to clear what stands in the way.
Night: Teaching and integration.
Day 3: Integration
Morning: Intensive somatic & partner practices to embody your power and heart at the same time.
Afternoon: Integration, accountability structures, closing ceremony, and departure.
